First graders are doing an end of the year book review on their favorite book that they've read this year. I created a Padlet wall to brainstorm ideas, then linked it to a QR code for them to scan. I love QR codes. They make it so easy for kids to get where they need to be on their iPads. The firsties thought it was pretty cool that they could see everyone's responses once they refreshed. I'd say we have a pretty good list, but its hard to come up with all that we've read!
Next, they are going to fill out this review sheet, and finally we'll make a little movie out of them. I don't know why I waited until the end of the year to do our iMovie projects in every grade. It's going to be a fun, busy last two weeks of school!
